HARVEST GAMES SIGNUPS

HI: Thanks for your interest in serving at this year's Harvest Festival. Click on the video link to see a description of the games. Click on the document link for detailed instructions. Then fill out the contact form below to sign up for the games you would like to lead. Pick a few so we can try and plug you in where you would like to be or simply select "wherever needed" and we'll select a position for you. Each game needs 2, sometimes 3 workers ideally. Thanks again and we will be contacting you prior to the event to confirm your area of ministry.
EXPECTATION: We would like you to commit to serving at the event from 2:30 - 7:00 p.m. We will have a meeting and dinner at 2:30 p.m. where you will receive detailed instructions and meet your area (games, youth) leader. The event is from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. You will be at the same position for the duration of the event. We will do our best to accommodate breaks, but that is determined upon how many volunteers we have. We would then like you to stay and help clean up until 6:30 p.m. We are planning on having food available after clean up as well. You are welcome to stay for the youth even immediately following the event. It is from 6:00 - 9:00.
